Michael K. Hatch, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Ahn Law Firm, LLC, where he represents clients in contract, commercial transactions, real estate, and business & corporate matters.

Having graduated in 2001 from the South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Hatch is licensed and has practiced in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  Mr. Hatch's practice areas include drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial purchase and sale agreements; closing commercial transactions; drafting, negotiation, review and enforcement of commercial lease agreements; foreclosure of real property mortgages and advising clients regarding business and real property matters.

Before attending law school, Mr. Hatch lived overseas in southern Japan and learned the language and culture of a fascinating place.  He is fluent in conversational Japanese.

Mr. Hatch has over 15 years' experience in commercial real estate; business organization; foreclosure; business lease and contract negotiation and drafting; and lease disputes.
